How do I place a return?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your Radiaura Dermocosmetic product. We will issue a refund if returned within 30 days (see refund policy below).
- Include the Radiaura packing slip with your items
- Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

What’s your return policy?
- The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice
- Products must be returned in new or gently used condition
- Original shipping fees, duties, taxes and/or customs fees are non-refundable
- Radiaura is not responsible for return shipping costs
- Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed when sent by mail
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed
- Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction
